Monument to soldier of the battalion "Donbass", callsign "Franko", who died at Ilovaisk, unveiled at Askold grave at August 19 in Kyiv. Markian was a US citizen, but the went to the front when the war began. He was a major of the US Army, but the at the "Donbass" battalion, he was the private soldier. He was killed covering the retreat of soldiers from Ilovaisk.
