236 депутатів проголосували ЗА постанову, що передбачає припинення вогню і повернення усіх внутрішніх військ та спецпідрозділів до місць постійної дислокації. Також постанова забороняє блокувати транспортні комунікації і обмежувати пересування транспорту. Припиняє свою дію прийнята вчора програма антитерористичних заходів, а також наголошується, що надзвичайний стан може оголосити виключно Верховна Рада. Після голосування депутати стоячи заспівали гімн.

236 members of Parliament voted for enactment, which implements cease fire, and prescribes all Internal Forces and special units return to the places of their constant dislocation. Also, it prohibits blockage of any transport routes, and any restrictions of vehicles movement. With this decision, Parliament also stopped action of yesteday's anti-terrorist set of measures, proclaimed by Secret Service. From now on, the State of Emergency can only be announced by Verhovna Rada. After the vote, deputies sang the national anthem.

236 diputados han votado a favor de la resolución que prevée un alto el fuego y el retorno de todas las fuerzas de seguridad y las fuerzas especiales a sus cuarteles. También se ha aprobado una ordenanza que prohíbe el bloqueo de las vías de comunicación y restricción de la circulación de vehículos. Queda anulado el programa de medidas antiterroristas aprobado ayer. A partir de ahora el estado de emergencia sólo lo puede declarar el Parlamento. Después de la votación los diputados se pusieron de pie y cantaron el himno.
