Olena Teliha (1906-1942) - poet and public figure.
Devoted her life to the struggle for Ukraine. She worked in the cultural Referenty of Ukrainian nationalists. Headed the Union of writers and edited the literary and art magazine "Lytavry" in the Nazi-occupied Kyiv. Was shot in Babi Yar.
