"Scary tomorrow" is not a disaster movie that was created to tickle nerves of the audience. This is an attempt to define in advance the problems that the country and its individual regions or large cities may face in the near future. Authors don't claim to ultimate truth and don't make apocalyptic prophecies. With the help of experts they are trying to simulate and predict various man-made disasters and their consequences and to ask everyone a question: "Are we aware of these risks?", "Are the institutions and people ready to deal with them?".
