At 29th of October near the Schastya of Luhansk region took place the exchange of captives in fomat 9/11. The operation was organized with the participation of the international contact group and the Red Cross.
Among those released Ukrainians - eight soldiers, one of whom - the defender of the Donetsk airport, and one civilian.
